- Office Assistant - $17 - $19 per hour, part time hours, QuickBooks required, Direct Hire, New Haven area
- Office Administrator - $20 - $22, full time hours, temporary, New Britain
- Administrative Assistant - $19.50, full time hours, contract, Waterbury and Torrington areas
- Office Assistant - $16.50 per hour, full time hours, contract, Danbury
- Executive Assistant - $23.50 per hour, full time hours, Waterbury
We are always looking for experienced administrative professionals for opportunities in the Middletown and Hartford areas as well!
Minimum requirements for our administrative openings include:
- 1 year experience working in an administrative office support role
- Basic – advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook capabilities (level of knowledge depends on the job)
- QuickBooks – required for some opportunities.
- Experience providing administrative support to C-Level Management required for higher level openings
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as fax, scanner, printer, copier
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to navigate a multi-line phone system
