Industrial Maintenance Technician (Direct Hire)
Middletown area
$20 – $30/hour (Based on Experience)

What You’ll Do:
  • Perform preventative & predictive maintenance
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic systems
  • Set up and install machinery
  • Ensure equipment runs safely & efficiently
  • Keep maintenance inventory organized
  • Assist with welding, fabrication, and minor carpentry

Equipment You’ll Maintain:
  • Steam boilers
  • Hydraulic presses
  • Pumps & motors
  • Industrial ovens
  • Hoists & exhaust fans

What We’re Looking For:
  • At least 3 consecutive years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Welding and fabrication experience
