Job Description


Direct Hire opportunity for an HR Professional in the Wallingford area. This company is looking for a business partner with experience working closely with senior management and leaders to develop and enforce human resource strategies that align with the overall business goals of the company. 65K, based on experience plus benefits package.

The ideal HR Professional / Business Partner will have a strong understanding of human resource best practices along with a strong background in employee relations. You will be involved in all aspects relating to employee relations.
  • Training and Development
  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Analyzing trends and metrics for the HR Department
  • Investigating employee relations issues and grievances
  • Coordinating on-boarding process
  • Provide support during recruitment process
  • Ensure company is complaint with all employment laws and regulations
  • First point of contact for the employees

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years’ HR Generalist experience
  • Experience working in a HR Business Partner environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and policies
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels
  • Experience handling benefit enrollment
  • Experience coordinating annual reviews and compensation
  • Training and Development experience
  • Strong organizational and management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player
