Job Description

Are you looking to work in a business professional environment? Does working part time Monday – Friday, 9 am – 3 pm work for your home / life balance? Do you enjoy being the first point of contact or the “face” of the office?

Our Middletown area client has an opening for a receptionist / personal assistant! This role is responsible for providing a welcoming environment for clients arriving to the office or calling in, keeping the front office area organized and clean, providing general administrative support, and more.

$18 - $20 per hour, temp with the possibility of hire.

Receptionist / Personal Assistant responsibilities include:

Welcoming clients with a smile that arrive for appointments.
Answering phones, assisting callers, taking messages, etc.
Calendar management
Typing letters and correspondence from dictation.
Updating files in the database.
Copying, filing, scanning documents.
Ordering office supplies.
Coordinating lunch meetings.
Maintaining a neat, well organized reception area.
Preparing coffee every morning for the office.
Placing lunch orders as requested.
Watering plants.
Cleaning up the kitchen area.
