Medicare Enrollment & Eligibility Specialist – On-Site
Westbrook, CT | Full-Time, M–F | 6 month contract
Join a growing team in Westbrook, CT supporting a CMS processing contract for retroactive Medicare enrollment and eligibility. On-site only, 40 hrs/week, no nights or weekends.
What You’ll Do:

Join a growing team in Westbrook, CT supporting a CMS processing contract for retroactive Medicare enrollment and eligibility. On-site only, 40 hrs/week, no nights or weekends.
What You’ll Do:
- Process Medicare/Medicaid enrollments, changes & updates
- Enter data in internal & CMS systems
- Follow CMS rules & SOPs
- Maintain confidentiality
- Assist during peak periods
What You Need:
- 1+ year in healthcare enrollment, billing, or eligibility
- Medicare/Medicaid/CMS knowledge a plus
- Strong data entry & attention to detail
- Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks
Must be in Connecticut & able to work on-site in Old Saybrook.
