Job Description
Experienced Industrial Machine Maintenance Technician ***Direct Hire***
- $20 - $30/ hour – Pay based on experience
- Middletown area
Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician with a solid background in industrial machinery? We’re hiring a hands-on expert to take charge of preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to keep production on track and machines running at peak performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on a variety of industrial equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Install and set up new machinery and equipment
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance protocols
- Communicate effectively with production, engineering, and other departments
- Maintain parts and supply inventory for the maintenance department
- Perform seal replacements, welding, fabrication, and basic carpentry as needed
Equipment You’ll Work With:
- Steam boilers
- Hydraulic presses
- Pumps and motors
- Industrial ovens
- Hoists and hoist systems
- Exhaust fans and ventilation systems
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical components, and plumbing
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve both electrical and mechanical issues
- Experience with welding, fabrication, and machine upgrades or modifications
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
