Job Description
Distributor of medical and laboratory equipment is looking for a Director of Operations. This newly created role will give you the opportunity to lead and develop operational systems and processes for the warehouse, customer service department and supply chain.
Master’s degree along with background in distribution center, warehouse logistics, customer service and supply chain management are required. Ideal candidate will have experience working in a wholesale distribution center (not fleet / transportation management) with ISO certification.
As the Director of Operations, you will
- Collaborate with executive management
- Oversee operational processes
- Design and implement plans to achieve key initiatives
- Ensure quality standards are consistently met
- Look for opportunities to scale efficiencies
- Manage budgets
