Job Description

Direct hire opportunity working for a manufacturing company dedicated to precision engineering and innovative solutions. They take pride in their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. They have an opening on their dynamic team for a highly skilled CNC Machinist Lead with G-Code experience.

$30 per hour, depending on experience.

We are interviewing CNC Machinists with expertise in G-Code programming to operate and maintain CNC machines and oversee a team of machine operators for this company. The ideal machinist should have a strong background in machining, a deep understanding of G-Code, and a passion for producing high-precision components. If you are a detail-oriented, experienced CNC Machinist looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-precision parts and components.
Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine machining requirements.
Program and edit G-Code for CNC machines to achieve desired specifications.
Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and workholding devices.
Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to prevent downtime.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Adhere to safety and quality procedures at all times.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with G-Code programming expertise.
Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC machines, including mills and lathes.
Strong knowledge of G-Code programming and CNC Codes
Prior experience leading or supervising a production team.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Familiarity with a wide range of machining tools and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Safety-conscious and able to follow safety protocols.

This company plays favorites, plain and simple. Nepotism is a real issue here, and it s obvious that some people get special treatment while others are overlooked or pushed aside. The positive reviews? They push people hard to leave them and offer a free day off as a reward. They claim the content doesn t matter, but somehow only the people who leave glowing reviews get chosen.They re rude when you call, disorganized, and make you feel like just another number.
