Job Description

A.R. Mazzotta, a locally owned and operated Connecticut staffing agency, is actively interviewing and hiring administrative assistants and accounting clerks for opportunities along the shoreline area. Our clients located in the surrounding Old Saybrook area are looking for office support both on temporary and temp to hire basis. 

Part-time and full- time openings, $16 - $20 per hour depending on position and required experience. Long-term temporary jobs may qualify for A.R. Mazzotta’s benefits package!

We are looking for professionals with the following skills, experience, and training to assist these companies in their busy offices.
  • At least 1 year experience working in a professional office setting.
  • Familiar with basic office procedures, policies and standard equipment used.
  • Comfortable navigating on-line computer programs and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Accurate data entry
  • QuickBooks or similar accounting software knowledge.
  • Experience working in an administrative, accounting or office assistant role.
